I have a client who relies heavily on the ability of his customers to find him on Google. Everything is accessible there. The name of the company, the phone number and also the reviews.
The customer is in the driver’s seat, you must be conscious of this. No matter what you’re selling or how good you are at it, one bad customer review could cost hundreds or thousands to you the owner. Google is bound by what it can do when a review is posted. They will not take it down simply because its a 1-star.
